ASSISTANT HEAD

Mrs Belinda Adams. BA (Hons), PGCE, QTS.

Belinda Adams has been teaching for 15 years across a number of settings. She gained a MA at St Martins Central college of Art and Design in Fashion History and theory, followed by a PCGE in infant education from Roehampton University. 
Following her qualification she completed her NQT year and the following few years working in inner city state schools, with children from all backgrounds before moving into private education. Since then, Belinda has worked across all year groups in Primary sector. She has taken on a full curriculum overviews which have lead to attainment improvements, developed departments in diverse subjects and lead in all areas of assessment which fed into highly successful record of placements at 7+. 

Aside from her passion for academic rigor Belinda has developed a detailed understanding for supporting children with diverse SEND needs. In her most recent school she ran the primary department of TCES northwest which works with child who have complex needs but particularly ASD and ADHD.
